Our room was updated and spotless, offering modern facilities and a double bed. the location for Saffron Walden was perfect and peaceful, near to the lovely walled garden in the sunshine.

The room we stayed in was very clean and had a nice bathroom with a shower.

Everything was first-class, including satisfactory breakfasts with cafetiere of coffee and cooked options or cereal options and beautiful cooked.

Didn't like the staff, some of them were a bit rude.

A clean room with a nice bathroom and comfy bed, in a fantastic location just a 5-minute walk from the bus station.

The rooms here are nicely decorated and spacious, with a great shower and a comfy double bed 🛏️. the food selection is varied and delicious, too.

The location was exceptionally nice and lovely, within walking distance of Audley End House and Gardens. the hotel was a super base for enjoying a very comfortable area.

The upgraded room was impeccably clean and well-equipped with a comfortable single bed and modern amenities at a very affordable price, the staff was friendly and the location was ideal.

Had a lovely stay for three nights. Everything was first-class. - the location was good because it was very close to an attractive pub with good parking. - Saint Peters Church was 4 km away.

I truly enjoyed my stay for three nights. the breakfast was satisfactory with cereal options and a cafetiere of coffee. the cooked breakfast was beautiful and perfect to start my day. the location was marvellous and excellent, a short walk to restaurants, Audley End House, and Duxford. the hotel is conveniently located 3 km away from Walden Castle Keep.

The location was perfect, situated in a very pretty village and well placed for other tourist attractions. The service and housekeeping were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home.
